A: The website migration service that we are offering is free of charge (within a certain limit). We will transfer your web site(s) to our super–modern cloud hosting platform without you having to do anything. We know from experience that changing web hosting providers can lead to lost information and undesirable network downtime. That’s why we will perform all that for you for free!We’ve got highly accomplished administrators whose primary task is to ensure that your web site functions precisely as it did on your previous hosting platform. The administrators are well–versed in migrating custom–made websites, as well as websites that are based on popular apps such as WordPress and Joomla^™.

A: There are many variables to think about – the total amount of files, the physical size of the database, the complexity of the site itself and the current workload of our web site migration experts, etc. That being said, we do our best to perform all web site migrations within a 48–hour window. Smaller–sized websites are migrated much faster – usually in under 24 hours.

A: We don’t need any personal data. We will require, though, the login info for your current web hosting account and the name of the website that you would like to transfer.

A: In order for us to start the transfer of your web hosting account, you must first open an account with us. Opening an account with us requires that you to disclose practically the same details you have given to your present web host. We’ve also got a very rigorous Privacy Policy, which describes how personal info is handled.

A: While we migrate your web site, it will be available both in your web hosting account with us and in your account with your old web hosting provider. When the migration is complete, we’ll ensure that everything is working correctly and that the integrity of your web content is not jeopardized prior to telling you that the migration is completed. After that, we will tell you how to move the domain name over to your web hosting account with us and how to update the DNS settings.

A: While we move your content, your web hosting provider will not be aware of the migration at all. We will never get in touch with them in any way.

A: We can transfer your web site from any hosting provider or any Linux–driven hosting platform given that we can gain access to the Control Panel and there’s FTP access available.The only websites that we cannot transfer are those based on closed–source software apps like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
