Monitoring & Rebooting

Controlling a virtual server is generally a hard process. You either have to do the work all by yourself , in other words devote a lot of your valuable time to keeping an eye on your virtual server, or else you need to find a 3rd–party solution whose only responsibility will be to monitor your VPS. And that is precisely where our Managed Services offer will comes in real handy. With it, your VPS will be added to our own custom–developed monitoring system, which will keep an eye on all the essential services. And in the event of any service failure, our system administrators will be alerted immediately and they will resolve the trouble ASAP.

Weekly Backups

In case you manage a frequently visited web site or a resource–demanding web application, it is important to maintain a complete backup copy of everything. Still, setting up an automatic backup system can be hard. This is the reason why we offer you our Managed Services deal – we take full responsibility to maintain a full backup of your VPS plan, not just of your web sites and hosted content, but of all the custom settings that you have added. Our backup scripts are run each week, retaining all the configurations that you’ve made during that period of time.

Installation & Troubleshooting

In case you’d like your server to have video streaming or video conversion capabilities, you have to install & set up certain software programs on it. And if this seems like something far too complicated for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting service, part of our Managed Services deal, is the perfect thing for your needs. With it, you will have the full and undivided attention of one of our expert server administrators who will install any software app or rectify any trouble that you’re experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services package comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Plans. With the KVM VPS Plans, it is an optional feature.
